Our In-Home Consultation begins with one of our Placement Managers visiting you at home. We will go through the application process, discussing family needs, scheduling requirements and other child care related issues.
Our Placement Managers are experts at listening to your needs and helping you in assessing your family's requirements. Together, you will review applications of potential candidates before deciding which nannies you would like to meet. The Placement Manager will also review a list of questions you may find useful when interviewing nannies. For your convenience, the Placement Manager will provide you with a sample form of a family-nanny agreement and provide assistance in adapting the form to meet your family's specific job requirements.
